In these pages we hope to introduce you to the folks that make this whole enterprise possible. We started in 1995, and became international rather quickly. We both enjoy working with people from other countries, which seems to be a rarity among US-born people. In fact, we sometimes think most US companies don't even realize there are other countries out there (except perhaps for Canada, which they seem to think is a US state). If we see one more "international" US-based company that has only one contact phone number on their site, and it is 1-800-xxx-xxx, we may scream.
