Yet another personal page
Please note: this page is being used to test markup and CSS (stylesheet) browser bugs, so if you come in here and find a lime-green background with pink borders, I promise you I'm just using it to
test something. I promise my taste isn't that bad...not quite!
Right now I'm testing borders and 'boxes' and what happens to
tags inside other tags - so everything is likely to have odd background colors
and borders. I'll be moving the testing to my links page as soon as I make one,
after which this page should be a bit more tame!

Since then I've lived here and there, mostly in the USA. The latest place before
Fort Myers, FL (where I now reside) was Phuket Thailand. I truly enjoyed living
there and would return at the drop of a hat, or more accurately, at the drop of
a job offer!
- Computer background
- I've been hanging around computers in one capacity or another since 1975,
though my original degrees are in business and accounting. I've been online pretty
consistently since about 1985, starting with local BBS nets and Fidonet, and eventually
graduating to the internet. I've been doing computer consulting work for eleven
years, and HTML and other web work for about 6 years.
- Other interests:
- I enjoy reading - mostly science fiction and fantasy, science fact, and of
course, computer books. I enjoy gardening, hanging around flea markets, learning
new languages and cultures, debating controversial topics, and traveling. To be
more accurate, I hate traveling, but love being in new places. Especially if
I get to stay there a while.
I'm in the process of enhancing the site a bit, since we are trying to get
away from providing servers directly, and into more service-oriented things: web
page write-up, web research, information providing, and other things of that nature.
Tri-H Enterprizes (Dave) is getting into more
offsite projects (see his page for what he is up to). I am trying to expand the
site into something interesting and useful, as it has previously been of interest
only to those buying our services. I'm sure anyone else wandering in here has
been falling asleep, and I'm trying to remedy that!
